I must be notified because If I do not mark the doll as RESERVED the doll still shows FOR SALE and anyone can purchase!!! 1/2 of This reserve fee is NONREFUNDABLE. The fee will go towards your Doll purchase, but if Doll purchase isn't completed due to payments not Met or customer changing mind on purchase, the fee is still charged as this is a Service Fee for Buckingham Babies holding the doll. This is a service fee not a product or goods fee.

Layaway available January 1- Oct 1, on ANY vinyl DOLL In my nursery. This layaway is not for the Silicone dolls. I have another layaway for that.
My layaway is available for dolls that are actively listed, not dolls that are “coming soon” and not yet listed, as I do not reserve dolls in advance to them being complete. Thanks for understanding.
$150 dollar first installment fee which is deducted off price of your doll and balance to be paid within one month of deposit . Doll is shipped within 3 business days when final Payment is Received and cleared.
?The is a very Short Term layaway / reserve to help hold a doll or kit for customers. It cannot be transferred to another Doll or kit, in the case someone changes mind, and want a different Doll. The deposit only applies to the doll in which deposit was put down.
?Please message me to let me know what doll you are reserving and I’ll end listing here and other places I may have the baby for sale. Also, please put in the message if you would like as a girl or boy if doll listed as either.
Please NO MORE than 3 total payments which include deposit.
Please only one doll on layaway at time. I have limited storage and can’t hold tons of dolls on layaway.
Completed payment is due 4 weeks after deposit or deposit is lost and baby is listed for sale again. If the final payment is not received by 4 weeks I will automatically refund 1/2 deposit and or any extra payments made (minus PayPal or CC fees). Please mark your calendar of the final Due date as this is responsibility of the buyer.
The 1/2 deposit is non refundable and not transferable to another doll that I have listed, so please be certain that the doll you are reserving is within your as I do not extend the layaway for even one day. I will automatically re list doll the day after due date and refund any excess payments. Please mark your calendars to make payment on time. This is responsibly of customer to make timely payments. Sorry but I do not send invoices or due date reminders. If buyer changes mind on purchase and it’s less than one week, I will refund half of the reserve fee the minus any PayPal or credit card fees I get charged.
I keep 1/2 reserve fee because: if deal falls through I may have lost out on other potential buyers as when I first list a doll it is the “HOT selling time”. I offer this layaway as a courtesy and hope this will help anyone who wants me to "hold a doll” who can’t fully purchase at the time. Of course, I also appreciate the sales!

BABY SCENT- often fragrance/spray is used before shipping baby. Please let me know if you do not want this when ordering as sometimes I pack soon after receiving order.
CORRECT NAME and ADDRESS- If using PayPal or any other form of payment, please make sure BEFORE ordering that your name and address is correct on your payment method. If there is an error in the name or address, I will need to refund money (minus 3-7% fees I am charged) and customer will need to reorder with corrected name and address.
Name on the order must match the card holder name. I only ship to the card holder’s name and address.
ALL SALES FINAL. As a seller I get charged PayPal/CC fees. If for some reason a customer changes their mind right after purchasing, I refund all except those CC fees plus the extra fee of 3-7% if buy now if "pay later was used."
SHIPPING ARRIVAL DATE. I can’t guarantee shipping arrival date. I have found my best shipping service to be through FedX. When I ship from the East Coast all the way to the West, it can take up to a week; local is only a day or two. I give the estimated date of arrival that FedEx or USPS gives me, however sometimes there are delays but sometimes dolls arrive quicker than expected. I cannot be responsible for Dolls not arriving on time as the shipping process is out of my hands. Christmas poses more problems for shipping delays, so I prefer to ship dolls 10 days before however a week is usually fine.

Terms and Conditions:
I do apologize for the lengthy TERMS and CONDITIONS; I hope you understand. Dolls are sold “AS IS”, I do my best, but they won’t be perfect. I only communicate through the message center directly on this site. Any messages sent directly to my email often go to spam or trash folder. Please respond to messages only within the reborns platform and do not respond through your personal email as I may not receive replies etc. By purchasing a doll from Buckingham Babies by Angie, buyer agrees to all the following terms and conditions. Doll is “As Is”. Seller agrees to no chargebacks. Angela Flowers Erickson and Buckingham Babies LLC is not responsible for any doll lost, gets rained on, stolen or damaged through the shipping process. I supply shipping through FedEx as I find them highly reliable. Occasionally I use USPS. I can’t guarantee FedEx/USPS will cover shipment if doll is left at the correct address, FedX does take a photo at the delivery address and FedEx does not cover theft. This chance is taken by the customer and therefore no loss to me as a seller. If you do not feel it is safe for your Doll to be left at your address due to any reason such as theft or rained/snow, please let me know as you can pick up at a FedEx/USPS or have signature confirmation. Luckily, it is very unlikely any problems occur as FedEx has an (almost) perfect track record with me. Knock on wood. FedEx and USPS insure the packages up to $100. If you would like to pay more for full insurance, please let me know in advance. The silicone dolls are sent insured for full value. My obligation ends once package has left my possession. Any risks involved in the shipping process is taken by the customer as the act of shipping/delivery is out of my control. Customer ordering from ANOTHER COUNTRY outside USA is responsible for any customs fees, taxes or tariffs. Also chance taken by the buyer if authorities should disassemble or damage doll for inspecting inside materials. If customer has given an incorrect address, there is a $25 fee for redirecting the Doll, this is only an option if caught soon after order is shipped. If address is incorrect and not caught, FedEx will ship the doll back to my return address but charge me a $25 fee. This cost I pass on to the customer. If a customer decides to back out of doll purchase after transaction is complete, there is a $25 restocking fee for me having to re list the doll and to cover the PayPal fees and website costs. Refunds can take up to 10 business days which is out of my control, but I will initiate transaction within 24-48 hours of cancellation. By purchasing a doll from me you are agreeing to all terms. You agree there will be no chargebacks or claims as dolls are handmade as “as is”. Non completion of doll payment results in loss to customer in the agreed upon nonrefundable reserve fee as spelled out in the reserve listing. Seller will not be held responsible for any accident involving handmade dolls. Reborn dolls can be dangerous for young children or people intellectually impaired or with dementia. There can be pieces and parts that can become a choking hazard. People with pacemakers should not handle reborn dolls due to the magnet inside of the doll.
Return Policy:
All of my DOLLS are hand crafted one of a kind and so I do not accept returns or offer refunds. My dolls are all sold “As Is” with any and all imperfections. There is no warranty on these ART dolls. Like all Reborn dolls they are not considered toys or meant for play but may do so at your own risk of damaging. By purchasing a doll from Buckingham Babies by Angie LLC, you are agreeing to this.
I APPRECIATE my CUSTOMERS and hope my refund policy/terms and Conditions, doesn’t scare anyone away. Hopefully my numerous positive reviews will speak for itself. By having my policies, I am able to sell my dolls at better prices. Fortunately, in my years of selling dolls I haven’t had many problems. These are handmade dolls and WILL have flaws and may not be weighed or feel as you hope. The stuffing amount and weight is personal preference and a chance buyers take purchasing online when not able to hold the dolls. I try and give accurate description in listings for my dolls. I do not refund for minor oversights or errors in my listings as length or weight is not exact etc. If something seems incorrect, please message me so I can double check and clarify. Eye color might look grey to me and bluer to you etc. Skin might look pink too me but too red to another etc. I make the dolls with the bodies suggested by the manufacturer and cannot be responsible for any “awkward” lying Limbs on bodies or limbs/head seeming too small or too big. The sculpt and suggested body (proportions) is out of my control. Some dolls can take a full limbed leg body or a 3/4 leg body which results in legs laying differently. Some people prefer full limbs so doll can wear more variety of clothing (like onesies) compared to 1/4 cloth on 3/4 legs. NO REFUND/RETURN policy, as these dolls are considered a work of art with natural imperfections as all Reborn dolls have. You WILL be able to find flaws; that’s the nature of handmade items that are not factory produced. Minor Flaws can be found though I do my best to keep minimal. For any obvious blemishes I will include a photo and sometimes sell as a boo-boo baby. Some of the kits have a slight vinyl odor to them which is also out of my control. Some may have a teeny bubble or thin indentation from baking. This is disclosed by the doll companies that when using Heat set paints it is a risk. This does not happen very often and if so, is very minimal. Eyes may not be set exactly on each side and sometimes may have a little spacing under or above lid. Paint may be lighter and or not take well or at all on parts of fingers and toes. I occasionally can miss paint in some small areas. I like to weigh my dolls heavily and sometimes you might feel the glass beads under the stuffing. There’s only so much room in the dolls, so having heavier means sometimes feeling the weighing material through the doll body. Please inspect photos carefully and feel free to ask any questions before ordering. I try and take accurate photos but can’t be responsible for how images appear on individuals' computers, iPads or phones. Reborns are considered more of an adult collectible and artwork to be handled with care, though responsible children can also enjoy; reborns are not intended for children. As a collector myself, I am aware of the natural wear the dolls can eventually show. This depends on the amount of time handling. Some collectors may handle doll using a receiving blanket not touching vinyl, which eventually causes shine from the oils in our skin. I cannot be responsible for normal wear and tear of a doll that is played with. Reborns are durable but not meant to be a play item. The paint and varnish can be uneven, scratch, slough, stain, rub off in certain circumstances of routine use and friction. Most wear on doll paint occurs on the knuckle's fingers, heals and tips of toes. Unfortunately, eyelashes can come off, hair can come out if pulled when combed/brushed, eyes don’t fit perfectly, some glue may be seen around lashes where applied or on eye, limbs can unattached etc. though easily reattach. Some limbs can slightly squeak when rotated. These little babies are durable, and I make as quality as I can. I am not responsible for damages or repairs after the doll is received. I inspect each doll before I ship and rotate and pull-on limbs to make sure they’re secure. Sometimes limbs might feel a little firmer or less filled than another since they are handmade. Also, glass beads and poly fill can settle some. Vinyl can also become shiny with use and there are products for doll collectors to use when this common occurrence happens, some products are much better than others AND Some can cause more shine. My dolls are from a completely smoke-free home, and kits are bought directly from factories. I do not give refunds or accept returns due to buyer's remorse. Unfortunately, purchasing online makes it difficult as buyers can’t see or hold the dolls. This is a Risk customers take as do I, when purchase online. I do my best to make the most beautiful dolls I can.

DARK SKINTONES- I like to offer darker skin tones however they are more of a painting challenge. The darker the Doll, the more imperfections . I try my best but unfortunately you will find more flaws or splotchiness with the many paint layers to achieve a darker color.
SILICONE BABIES- NOT MEANT for CHILDREN or play. Best for cuddling in a protected blanket and admiring with very gentle handling. Extremely Delicate and often collectors seldom change clothes and use Saran Wrap/Sandwhich bags on limbs to prevent friction and peeling. Many collectors NEVER use pacifiers in mouths as they WILL, cause damage/peeling. A Special doll pacifier/bottle lubricant can help somewhat prolong damage occurring . Silicone is very susceptible to tears in jointed areas when posed or dressed hyperextending against where the limbs naturally “fall” into place. High risk areas are behind knees, behind elbows and armpits and always the open mouths! Silicone paint will Tear and peel quite easily. Unfortunately, I learned this being a collector when new to silicone dolls. I have had silicone dolls from the best artists and even those peeled from my changing clothes improperly and putting limbs in positions when dressing and posing on day one. These dolls do not have a warranty, so please inspect your doll as soon as received and report any issue the day of receiving. I cannot be responsible for wear and tear or improper or accidental mishandling that will cause damage. I take a picture of babies before they are sent and not responsible for condition after they are in another’s possession. There are many videos that show how to properly change clothes on a silicone baby doll and to not tear or cause peeling . I do not do repair work of silicone dolls as as I am not skilled in repairing or matching colors.
****IMPORTANT-Never pick, pull or rub at anything that resembles loose/dry skin on silicone, and avoid pulling clothing directly across the silicone.
