1. Acceptance of Terms

Reborns, LLC (referred to hereafter as "Reborns") provides a collection of online resources, including classified ads, forums, and various email services, (referred to hereafter as "the Service") subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). By using the Service in any way, you are agreeing to comply with the TOU. In addition, when using particular Reborns services, you agree to abide by any applicable posted guidelines for all Reborns services, which may change from time to time. Should you object to any term or condition of the TOU, any guidelines, or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with Reborns in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of Reborns.

Reborns has the right, but is not obligated, to strictly enforce the TOU through self-help, community moderation, active investigation, litigation and prosecution.

2. Content

You understand that all previous, current and future postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or other materials ("Content") posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. Reborns does not control, and is not responsible for Content made available through the Service. Reborns does not pre-screen or approve Content, but has the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse, delete or move any Content that violates the letter or spirit of the TOU.

3. License to Reborns and Content Rights

By uploading, posting, submitting, or otherwise providing any Content to Reborns, you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise possess all rights necessary to submit the Content, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights. You retain ownership of your Content, but grant Reborns a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, host, store, display, publish, distribute and otherwise use your Content for any lawful purpose related to operating, maintaining, and promoting the Reborns platform, including detecting and enforcing against unauthorized copying or scraping of your Content.

4. Third Party Content, Sites, and Services

Your interactions with organizations and/or individuals found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of goods, are solely between you and such parties. Reborns is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of such dealings.

5. Copyright (DMCA) Policy

It is the policy of Reborns to respect the legitimate rights of copyright owners. To file a notice of infringement, send a written communication to:

6. Privacy and Information Disclosure

Your use of the Reborns website or the Service signifies acknowledgement of and agreement to our Privacy Policy.

7. Conduct

You agree not to post Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, invasive of privacy, pornographic, infringing, or that advertises counterfeit or stolen items. You agree not to stalk or harass anyone, collect personal data about other users unlawfully, or use automated means (spiders, robots, data mining tools) to download data from the Service without permission.

8. No Spam Policy

Sending unsolicited email advertisements to Reborns users or through Reborns computer systems is expressly prohibited.

9. Termination of Service

Reborns, in its sole discretion, has the right to delete or deactivate your account, or otherwise terminate your access to the Service, at any time, for any reason, including violating the letter or spirit of the TOU.

10. Proprietary Rights

The Service is protected by copyright as a collective work. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without Reborns's express written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Reborns site and Service are provided on an "as is" / "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Reborns be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from any aspect of your use of the Reborns site or Service.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reborns and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any loss, damage, liability, cost or expense arising from your use of the Service or violation of the TOU.

14. General Information

The TOU constitute the entire agreement between you and Reborns. The TOU shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. You and Reborns agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

15. Minors

Reborns asks that parents supervise their children while online. This service should not be used by minor children without parental consent.

16. Modifications to This Agreement

We reserve the right to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms at any time. You must review this agreement regularly to stay informed of changes. The most recent version is always at reborns.com/terms.

17. Order Acceptance Policy

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute Reborns' or a seller's acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order for any reason. Price and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
