Ordering Information: Please read the entire listing and review all photographs before ordering. I make every effort to photograph babies accurately in natural and indoor lighting; however, colors may vary slightly depending on lighting and individual screens. Your baby will be carefully packaged for the trip home and shipped to the address provided with your order. Tracking information will be provided once the package ships. If you have any questions about a baby, please contact me before purchasing. I'm always happy to provide additional information or photographs. Terms and Conditions: By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read the full listing, reviewed the photographs, and agree to the nursery policies stated above. Reborn dolls are individually created works of art and may contain intentional variations in coloring, mottling, veining, texture, rooting, and other details that contribute to their realism. These characteristics are not considered defects. All sales are final except in circumstances where an item has been materially misrepresented. Buyer is responsible for reviewing the listing and asking any questions prior to purchase.
Return Policy: Because reborn dolls are handmade works of art and photographs are an important part of the listing, all sales are considered final. Please review all photos and the complete description carefully before purchasing and feel free to ask questions or request additional photos. If a baby arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me immediately and provide photographs of the baby, packaging, and shipping box so that I can assist with the appropriate shipping claim.
