Ordering Information:
Every order I receive is handled with great care and love.
I process them in the order they come in, and depending on the type of product (custom or ready-to-ship), I’ll keep you updated along the way so you feel part of the journey.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the method you choose, but you’ll always be informed of every step. If you’re ordering a custom baby, I’ll let you know the estimated delivery time right from the start.
I accept full payments or flexible layaway plans, depending on what suits you best.
If you have any questions at all, I’ll be more than happy to assist. I want this experience to feel just as beautiful and transparent as the art itself.
Terms and Conditions:
By placing an order in this shop, you’re trusting my work—and that means a lot to me. Here are a few important things to keep everything clear, respectful, and harmonious: • Refunds cannot be issued for a simple change of mind, as each piece requires time, materials, and dedication. • Custom or made-to-order pieces are only refundable in the event of a proven defect, as described in the return policy. • Each creation is unique, and I reserve the right to accept commissions that align with my artistic values and personal ethics. • All content in this shop (photos, videos, texts) is part of my creative work and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission. • Please kindly double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order to avoid any delivery issues. ? Important note about kit authenticity: I work exclusively with original kits. I do not paint or accept replicas, counterfeit, or copied kits under any circumstance. I mention this because in the past, some clients have offered to send me kits, and upon receiving them, I realized they were not original or didn’t seem to be. In those situations, I have refused to paint the kits and returned them respectfully, always seeking a fair solution for both sides. Those kits were never painted. To avoid misunderstandings or unpleasant experiences, please note that if you plan to send me a kit for painting, it must be original and come with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). If the certificate is missing (perhaps due to age or loss), that’s not a problem, as I am familiar with most sculpts and can usually recognize their authenticity. If I’m unsure, I’ll contact the sculptor directly to verify. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting an art form that is not only beautiful—but also ethical and true.
Return Policy:
All my products are made using high-quality materials and professional Reborn painting techniques, backed by years of experience and artistic precision. Every baby is carefully packed and protected for shipping.
To this day, I have never received a return request, as my work is done with great care, attention to detail, and love.
Returns are only accepted in exceptional cases, and the following conditions must be met:
• The client must record a full box opening video (from the moment the package is received to the full unveiling of the doll), in one continuous take without cuts or edits.
• The video must clearly show that the product arrived with a factory defect or real damage (e.g., detached paint, broken parts, etc.).
• Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Before shipping, I always record and send the client a video showing how I pack the baby, including the protective layers and final sealing of the box.
This ensures full transparency and mutual trust.
