Meet Baby Nils
That FACE??

Brought to life from the beautiful Nils sculpt by Gudrun Legler, this little one has the sweetest serious newborn expression. Those big, soulful gray eyes, tiny pouty lips and delicate features give her SO much personality.

Nils has that adorable look that makes you wonder exactly what is going through that tiny little mind? She looks wonderfully serious, but there is something incredibly sweet about her expression that makes you want to scoop her right up.
She is one of those babies whose expression seems to change depending on the angle and lighting. Her beautiful eyes really come alive in photographs, giving her that incredibly lifelike presence that reborn collectors love.

Nils has been lovingly painted in Genesis Heat Set Paints, using multiple translucent layers to create depth, warmth and beautifully realistic newborn skin. Delicate mottling, subtle veining, capillaries and soft blushing work together to create her soft, fresh newborn complexion.
She has SO much personality packed into this sweet little face. ?

? Artistic Details

• Skin & Complexion: Meticulously painted with multiple layers of Genesis Heat Set Paints to create realistic mottling, subtle veining, delicate capillaries and natural newborn blushing. Baby is sealed for a beautiful, realistic skin texture.
• Eyes: Nils features striking, hyper realistic resin newborn eyes handmade by my Mom, Lori at Chronic Art Dolls. The high-dome design creates incredible depth and reflection, giving her eyes that beautiful "living" quality. Her eyes feature a soft gray-blue coloring with a subtle blue sclera.
• Nails: Hand painted with natural coloring and delicate detail. No stark white "French manicure" nails.
• Hair & Brows: Softly hand-painted hair with delicate wisps around her hairline and beautifully subtle painted brows.
• Weighting: Niles has been carefully weighted with premium materials to give her a wonderfully realistic feel in your arms. She has that lovely floppy, weighted newborn feel that makes her or him especially sweet to cuddle. Nils has 3/4" limbs for added pose-ability.
• Sculpt: Nils by Gudrun Legler - This baby makes a cute girl OR boy
