Ordering Information:
BEFORE YOU ORDER
Please review all photos, descriptions, measurements and details carefully before purchasing. I do my best to photograph each baby accurately in natural lighting so you can see the coloring, painting, hair and other features as clearly as possible. Slight differences may occur depending on your screen or device.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required before your baby is shipped unless a payment arrangement has been agreed upon in advance. An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Ready-to-adopt babies will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipment as soon as possible after payment clears. You will receive tracking information once your package has been shipped.
Each baby is securely wrapped and packaged with great care so that your new little one arrives safely.
WHAT YOUR BABY WILL COME HOME WITH
Unless otherwise stated in the individual listing, your baby may arrive with a small selection of clothing and accessories, along with nursery paperwork and special touches chosen especially for their homecoming.
The exact contents of each box opening may vary from baby to baby.
HANDMADE DETAILS
Please remember that these are handmade collectible art dolls rather than factory-produced toys. Tiny variations or minor artistic imperfections are part of the handmade process and help make each baby unique.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Because of the handmade and collectible nature of my babies, please make sure you are completely comfortable with the photographs and description before ordering. If you have any questions about a baby, I am always happy to answer them before purchase.
Any return, cancellation, or order concern will be handled according to the policies stated on the individual listing and website.
COLLECTIBLE ART DOLL NOTICE
The babies The Little Nest Nursery are collectible works of art and are not intended to be treated as ordinary children's toys. Small parts, rooted hair, delicate finishes and other handmade details require gentle handling.

Terms and Conditions:
Effective date: Sept. 2026 Welcome to The Little Nest Nursery. By visiting this website, placing an order, or purchasing one of my collectible art dolls, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. 1. About the Little Nest Nursery The Little Nest Nursery offers individually handcrafted collectible art dolls and related items. Each baby is painted, rooted, assembled, finished, dressed, or otherwise detailed by hand unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description. Because these are handmade works of art, each baby is unique. 2. Collectible Art Dolls The dolls sold by The Little Nest Nursery are collectable art pieces and are not intended to be ordinary children's toys. Some dolls may contain small parts, magnets, rooted hair, glass or acrylic eyes, delicate finishes, accessories, or other components that require careful handling. Customers are responsible for determining whether a particular doll or accessory is appropriate for its intended recipient. 3. Handmade Variations Every effort is made to accurately represent each baby through photos and written descriptions. Because each doll is created by hand, minor variations, artistic characteristics, small imperfections, or differences in painting, rooting, texture, coloring, silicone, vinyl, or other materials may occur. These characteristics are part of owning handmade collectible and do not necessarily constitute a defect. Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, computer monitors, phones, and other devices. 4. Product Descriptions Please carefully review all photos, measurements, materials, descriptions, and disclosed imperfections prior to purchasing. If a doll has a noticeable flaw, repair, boo-boo, factory imperfections, or other condition that I AM aware of, I will make every reasonable effort to disclose it in the listing. Customers are encouraged to contact me with questions before ordering. 5. Orders and Payment Orders are not considered complete until payment has been successfully received. Prices are listed in the currency shown on the website and may be changed at any time prior to purchase. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees will be displayed during checkout when required. The Little Nest Nursery reserves the right to cancel or decline in order in the event of a pricing error, payment issue, suspected fraud, or other unusual circumstance. If any order is canceled by the nursery after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded. 6. Payment Plan If payment plans are offered, the specific terms will be provided before the agreement begins. Payment plan deposits, installment amts, due dates, cancellation terms, and refundability should by reviewed and agreed upon before making the first payment. A doll will not be shipped until the agreed purchase price and any applicable shipping charges have been paid in full. 7. Cancellations Once and order has been prepared or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. All sales are final. 8. Returns & Refunds Due to the handmade and collectible nature of these dolls, returns and refunds may be limited. Please review the individual product listing and the nursery's current Return & Refund Policy before purchasing. If an item arrives damaged during shipping or if you believe you received an item that differs significantly from its description, please contact The Little Nest Nursery promptly and provide photographs of the doll, packaging, and shipping box. Do not attempt to repair, alter, wash, paint, cut, root, glue, powder, or otherwise modify a doll if you intend to report a problem. 9. Custom or Personalized Orders Custom-made, personalized, altered, or specially commissioned dolls may not be eligible for cancellation or return once work has begun. Because artistic interpretation is involved in creating a custom doll, exact duplication of another artist's work, photograph, skin tone, hair pattern, or previous baby cannot be guaranteed. Any specific custom-order terms will be discussed before the order is accepted. 10. Shipping Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. The Little Nest Nursery is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the postal service, shipping carrier, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside the nursery's reasonable control. Tracking information will be provided when available. Customers should inspect their package promptly after delivery. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or restrictions imposed by their country unless otherwise stated. 11. Caring for Your Doll Collectible art dolls should be handled gently. Depending on the materials used, excessive rubbing, pulling, washing, heat, sunlight, chemicals, oils, lotions, makeup, pets, smoke, or improper storage may permanently damage the doll. Rooted hair should be handled especially carefully. Care instructions provided with the doll should be followed whenever applicable. Damage caused by improper handling, accidental damage, alterations, normal wear, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect. 12. Magnets & Medical Devices Some collectible dolls may contain magnets. Individuals with pacemakers or other magnet-sensitive medical devices should use appropriate caution and follow the recommendations of their medical-device manufacturer or healthcare professional. The presence of magnets will be disclosed when applicable. 13. Photography & Intellectual Property Unless otherwise stated, photographs, nursery branding, logos, written descriptions, graphics, artwork, and original website content belonging to The Little Nest Nursery may not be copied, reproduced, altered, or used commercially without permission. Purchasing a doll does not transfer ownership of the nursery's photographs, branding, or other intellectual property. 14. Resale Customers may resell a doll they legally own. However, photographs or descriptions belonging to The Little Nest Nursery should not be used in a misleading manner or in a way that implies a resale listing is being offered directly by The Little Nest Nursery. The nursery is not responsible for transactions between subsequent owners. 15. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Little Nest Nursery will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use, misuse, care, storage, modification, or resale of a collectible doll. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws. 16. Privacy Personal information provided when placing an order will be handled in accordance with the nursery's Privacy Policy and applicable law. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers, and The Little Nest Nursery may not directly receive or store complete payment-card information. 17. Website Use You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reproduce protected content without permission, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity. 18. Changes to These Terms These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. The version in effect at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise. 19. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws applicable to the location in which The Little Nest Nursery operates, without limiting any consumer rights that may apply under other applicable laws. 20. Contact Questions about an order, a doll, or these Terms & Conditions may be submitted through the contact information provided on this website. Thank you for supporting The Little Nest Nursery and handmade collectible art. Tiny works of art, made to be cherished.
