If a parcel is returned to me because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the buyer, the buyer may be responsible for any additional postage costs required to resend the parcel.
If an address is incorrectly entered by the buyer and the parcel is subsequently delivered to the wrong address, I am not responsible for loss or damage resulting from the incorrect address provided.
Once the doll has been dispatched, I will provide the buyer with tracking information where available. The buyer should monitor the tracking and contact the relevant postal/shipping carrier regarding delivery delays or issues. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
If you are purchasing from outside Australia, please contact me before purchasing so that I can confirm the applicable shipping cost and arrangements for your destination. Terms and Conditions:
Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms. ABOUT THE DOLL This reborn is a one-of-a-kind, handmade piece of art. It has been individually painted and may have minor variations or imperfections consistent with handmade artwork. Any significant or obvious flaws or imperfections that I am aware of will be disclosed in the listing description and/or photographs. Please carefully review all photographs, videos and the description before purchasing. Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings. If you have any questions about the doll, please ask before purchasing. I am happy to provide additional photographs or videos where possible. CARE & HANDLING Reborn dolls are delicate works of art intended for adult collectors and display purposes. They are not toys and are not intended for children. Please handle the doll gently and support the head and body when carrying it, as you would a real newborn. The doll is not intended for heavy, excessive or rough handling. Although the paint is durable, it may mark, scratch or otherwise become damaged through rough handling, excessive force, improper care or normal wear over time. If the doll has rooted or attached hair, individual hairs may loosen, break or fall out over time due to age, brushing, knotting or handling. This can be considered normal wear and tear. Care instructions will be provided with the doll and should be followed carefully. I am not responsible for damage caused by improper care, misuse, rough handling, excessive handling or failure to follow the provided care instructions. The doll should never be given to a child as a toy. I am not responsible for damage caused by a child handling or playing with the doll, to the extent permitted by law.

Return Policy:
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Because each reborn is a unique, handmade piece of artwork, please carefully consider your purchase and ask any questions you may have before completing the transaction.
