Ordering Information:
Thank you for visiting Pookie Blooms Reborns. Each reborn doll is lovingly handcrafted with great attention to detail and artistry. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.
Handmade Artwork
All reborn dolls are handmade collectible art dolls. Because each doll is individually painted and assembled by hand, slight imperfections and variations are normal and make each baby unique.
Photos & Appearance
I do my best to photograph each doll accurately in natural lighting. Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, and device display.
Payment
Full payment is required before your doll is shipped unless a payment plan has been arranged and agreed upon in advance.
Payment Plans
Short payment plans may be available on select dolls. Deposits and payments made toward payment plans are non-refundable. Dolls will not be shipped until payment is completed in full.
Shipping
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance when applicable. Buyers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before purchase.
Processing Time
Ready-to-ship dolls will typically ship within a few business days after payment clears. Custom orders may require additional creation time depending on the complexity of the doll.
Safety Notice
Reborn dolls may contain magnets, glass beads, small parts, or other materials that may not be suitable for small children. Adult supervision is recommended.
