Maggie Reborn Doll by Rainbow Reborns - 20 inches (50.8 cm).

Maggie with open eyes is a drink and wet full vinyl reborn baby. I opened her eyes to a peeky position so they retain her characteristic puffy and wrinkled look as a very new newborn baby. Her lashes are applied and trimmed for realism. Her eyebrows are rooted to give a realistic dimensional affect. She comes with a removable magnetic umbilical cord. This item was sculpted and made by me from platinum silicone which causes no harm to any other materials with which it comes in contact. It will not harm a vinyl doll.

A word about my unique drink and wet full vinyl babies. I have been making and selling these dolls for over six years, and they do not leak, mold, or create dampness of any kind on the inside of the doll. It takes almost a week to assemble these dolls because there are many steps to securing the inner vinyl tubing within the vinyl and cloth body so that it works properly. She comes with a specially made bottle with a nipple adapted to fit inside the mouth opening. You can use plain water or fake formula made from lotion, sun screen, or fabric softener with water. I don’t know if other formulas would work and not clog, but these I have used and tested. If you ever suspect a possible clog in the system, just feed the doll a bottle of vinegar water and it will fix the problem. I have never had anyone complain, and I have had repeat buyers for these babies. I have tested my dolls in my nursery/workshop and found that they work as intended. It might also be helpful to “burp” the baby after feeding to ensure any air bubbles are released. (She does not make any noises and is a silent "burper." LOL) I also highly recommend using a bib or burp cloth when feeding to avoid spills on the doll’s face, clothing, accessories, or bedding...especially if you use any coloring agents in your formula.

The magnetic pacifier is made with a donut shaped magnet inside the mouth. This is to accommodate the vinyl tubing which passes through the mouth. Her pacifier will stay firmly to her mouth by means of a powerful magnet attached to it.

Maggie weighs over seven pounds, almost eight. She is weighted with an ample amount of glass beads and is well-stuffed with polyfil. Her arms, legs, and head turn easily, but do not turn the head too far to either side. Do not for any reason attempt to take the doll apart. You will ruin the inner mechanism, and it cannot be repaired without replacing the entire kit.

She is in all other respects like a normal reborn doll. Be gentle when dressing, combing hair, etc., and do not bathe the doll. She has been sealed with matte varnish to protect the paint and create a slight skin texture. You can clean her with a damp cloth as necessary, but a reborn doll of any kind should not ever be immersed in water.

Maggie comes home with an assortment of items:
*several outfits
*diapers
*magnetic pacifier and clip
*special bottle
*detachable umbilical cord
*hospital ID bracelet
*blanket
*bib
*shoes with ruffled socks

She wears Newborn size diapers and clothing. She comes to you with all the clothing shown in the pictures except for any background items or toys are photo props and not included.
