Echo can come home as a boy or a girl and will not necessarily come with clothing pictured, but will have a nice box opening. Baby wears most preemie and small newborn size clothing. She has beautiful brown glass eyes. Echo is realistically weighed to be floppy like a baby, so her head needs to be supported.
