| Messaged the artist who didnt address my concerns. Communication has been poor. The eyes were loose in the skull, doll was not 19" NOR full limbs. No sock in the head so glass was mixed with stuffing. |

| I’m so extremely disappointed about this order. This doll came in an Amazon box that fell apart as I picked it up, the doll had no protection whatsoever. The eyes also came loose. |
